In addition to the student curriculum, we also train faculty to serve as relational skills coaches for medical students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The online modules have an immediate, large, and lasting effect<\/strong> on students&#8217; appreciation for, knowledge of, and sense of self-efficacy regarding the application of the fundamental relational skills, thereby ensuring students are ready and motivated to practice relational skills throughout their medical training.
